Welcome. Galla Rock is a one person small business, thus, When I am out on the road, there is no one here at the office. There are times when I am travelling that I may have sporadic access to the internet; if so, I will answer questions or inquiries then; otherwise, I will get back with you as soon as possible upon my return.

Orders placed via the internet will be filled as soon as possible upon my return off the road. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will e-mail you with an anticipated in stock date. If you choose to wait, I will ship what is in stock and the remainder when received at no additional shipping charge to you.

If upon receipt of your order it contains a backorder item and you do not desire to leave this on backorder, contact me within three (3) days by e-mail with the RE: section stating "cancel backorder" and, if the backorder has not shipped yet, I will refund that portion of your order.

2. Custom Clothing Orders

1. If you desire the use of fabric other than that carried by us on a regular basis, you will have to order and purchase this fabric yourself and have shipped to me and I will quote you a price for construction and my materials only. Your project will not be scheduled on the calendar until all materials are received.
   

   ALLOW 6 WEEKS AS A GUIDE FOR CUSTOM CLOTHING ORDERS: I maintain a constant backlog of custom orders and work them in the order received, provided the fabric is in stock.  When you place a custom order, please include an e-mail address and phone number.  I will contact you to give you an estimated delivery time on your order.  I cannot give you an estimated time of delivery prior to receipt of order due to the fact that from the time we quote you, and you send in the order, I may have received other orders ahead of yours.  I ask that you do not continuously call me prior to this date---you will only be adding more time on what it takes to get to your order and to complete your order.

   I DO NOT CONTRACT OUT CUSTOM CLOTHING ORDERS---I have seamstresses working with me that work on readymade items for the tent. I alone work all custom clothing orders. Your order is individually made FOR YOU and I will not be rushed as the product that goes out from me carries my name.

   QUOTES ARE VALID FOR THIRTY DAYS. E-mail me your request on custom orders along with your specifications and measurements and I will e-mail you back a quote.  If the quote is acceptable to you, print a copy and mail with your payment. Orders paid by personal or business checks will be held for 10 business days.
